PhD as a Springboard for a Career Outside Academia – Hear This!
The workshop will be led by Wouter Rogiest, European and Belgian Patent Attorney, founder of Patentales, and part-time professor at Ghent University.

The Beta PhD Networking event offers PhD candidates the opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other. Each edition is different, and participants are welcome to attend multiple editions.
Participants attending both the Beta Symposium and the Beta PhD Networking Event will receive 0.5 ECTS and will be offered an overnight stay from 18 to 19 November 2026 (shared room).
