On Wednesday October 28, 2026, Edhem Sakarya, Eindhoven University of Technology, will defend his PhD thesis Emerging Technologies and Practices in Food Supply Chains: An Operations Research Perspective.

This thesis has been supervised by prof.dr.ir. T. Van Woensel (TU/e), dr. R.N. van Lieshout (TU/e) and dr. S.U.K. Rohmer (TU/e).

The ceremony will take place at Eindhoven University of Technology, Atlas building, Atlas 0.710 at 4 pm.
