Thesis defense of Yijun Li, 15 June 2026

On Monday, June 15, Yijun Li (WUR) will defend her doctoral thesis entitled Optimizing Food Supply for Nutrition and Environmental Sustainability: The Potential of Plant-Based Foods to Improve Nutrient Supply and Reduce Environmental Externalities in China.

The research has been supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir. Sander de Leeuw (WUR), Dr. Ir. Wopke van der Werf (WUR), Dr. Ir. Joke van Lemmen-Gerdessen (WUR), Dr. Ir. Anneleen Kuijsten (WUR), Dr. Ir. Tjeerd-Jan Stomph (WUR), Prof. Dr. Ir. Edith Feskens (WUR), Prof. Wen-Feng Cong (China Agricultural University), and Prof. Shenggen Fan (China Agricultural University).
