The Beta Symposium 2026 will take place on Thursday, 19 November 2026, at Kontakt der Kontinenten in Soesterberg, the Netherlands.

The symposium is organized for the Beta community and offers an engaging program for both faculty members and PhD candidates.

This year’s symposium features keynote lectures by Gréanne Leeftink (University of Twente), From Scheduling to Healthcare System Design: The Right Care, for the Right Patient, by the Right Professional, at the Right Place and Time, and Lissa Melis (Maastricht University), Beyond Uber: From On-Demand Bus Routing to Integrated Mobility.

The program also includes research presentations by 21 PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers, as well as ample opportunities for discussion and networking, followed by dinner.
