On Thursday 2 November 2017 Beta organizes a Launch event New Beta. The purpose of this event is that all researchers and PhD students of Beta new style will meet and get to know each other.
The five partners of Beta will give a short presentation about their contribution to Beta followed by a brief sketch of a typical example of a research project. Further, five PhD students will pitch their PhD project. Besides, two or three renowned researchers within the OM field will give a presentation. During the day a meeting with PhD students will be scheduled to talk about a Beta PhD Council. The event will be concluded by a dinner to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
