DHL is a large logistics services provider, which has a large network of customers who have a high frequency demand for transportation between facilities. Part of the demand is quite stable, whereas there is a fairly large part of the demand uncertain. The aim of the research is to develop a network with time table that takes care of the larger part of the transportation demand, such that the costs of serving all demands are minimized.
